Hosted and stored in eu-central-1. Two steps run in the US, under data-processing terms: search vectors at OpenAI, which never trains on them, and e-mail through Resend.

What exactly is a credit?

One credit is roughly one standard message. Richer models draw a little more per reply, and the meter only moves when your agent actually answers, so a quiet month never costs you extra.

What happens if I run out of credits?

By default the agent pauses until your next monthly cycle resets, and nothing extra is charged. To keep it answering, buy credits in packs of 1,000 for €30.00, or switch on auto recharge, which puts a pack on your next invoice when you run low. Purchased credits don't expire.

When can I white-label the widget?

Your own name, colour and logo are on every plan, Free included. Taking the “Powered by ChatterLab” badge off is a separate add-on at €49 a month, on any paid plan, and one purchase covers every agent in the workspace. Your own domain comes with Studio and above. The AI disclosure stays whatever you buy: the AI Act requires it.

Which models can I use?

Free runs the basic LLMs. Every paid plan gives access to the top LLMs, and each model shows its credit cost next to it before you pick it.

Where is my data stored?

Stored in the EU (eu-central-1) on every plan. Two steps run in the US, under data-processing terms: turning your passages into search vectors uses OpenAI's embedding model, with no training on your data, and the e-mails we send, such as reports and lead alerts, go through Resend. Enterprise can run in a dedicated EU region with an SLA.

Can I switch plans later?

Anytime, under Settings. An upgrade applies as soon as the payment goes through; changes and cancellations run through Stripe's billing portal, which shows when they take effect before you confirm. Moving down deletes nothing: agents beyond the new plan pause until you upgrade again or remove some.
