Your brand, on every plan
Every plan, the free one included, puts your client's or your own name, colour and logo on the widget. To take the "Powered by ChatterLab" badge off every agent in the workspace, add Remove "Powered by ChatterLab" for €49 a month on any paid plan. The AI notice stays: the EU AI Act asks for it, and it names no brand.
From Studio you can use your own domain:
- the widget and its install snippet from a hostname such as
chat.youragency.com - on Agency, your clients' reports and dashboards from the same hostname
- the e-mails sent for you, such as the monthly reports, from an address on your own domain, such as
reports@youragency.com, once that domain is verified for sending
Your hostname serves the widget, the reports and the API for your agents only. The dashboard, sign-in and our website are not there, so a client cannot wander from your address into our product. Your own domain.

Clients. Link each agent to the client you run it for. The Clients screen shows per client the agent, the fee you agreed, the credits it used this month and the state of the latest report. The fees are a note for you: we never charge them, and your client never sees them. Usage per client tells you at a glance whether a price still works.
A monthly report in the client's language. Each month your client gets an e-mail from you with a link to last month's report: conversations, questions, average certainty, the questions asked most and where the answers were weakest. In English, Dutch, French, German or Spanish, whatever language the agent answers in. Hold a report back to add a personal note before it goes. The monthly report.
A read-only dashboard per client. Every client gets a private link to their agent's figures, month by month, without an account and without seeing your workspace, your other clients or your fees.
Your team. Invite colleagues into the workspace, up to 5 people with the owner, each with their own account and a role.
Why agencies use it
- The EU is a selling point. Your clients ask where their data goes. You can answer: in the EU, with two named steps in the US, and the AI Act notice built in.
- Answers you can defend. Every answer is recorded with its sources and a confidence score, and the weakest answers are listed so you can fix them before the client notices.
- Less upkeep. On Agency every site is read again every 7 days, so a client's new prices and PDFs reach their agent by themselves.
- One door for tools. From Studio, a REST API and an MCP server let you, or an assistant such as Claude, set up and manage agents without the dashboard.
Questions about white label
Can I resell ChatterLab chatbots under my own brand?
Yes. You build the agents, put your client's or your own branding on them, serve them from your own domain from Studio on, and bill your client yourself. What you charge them is yours to decide: ChatterLab bills you for your plan, never your clients.
Does my client see ChatterLab anywhere?
Not if you use your own domain, verify it for sending e-mail, and add the add-on that removes "Powered by ChatterLab". The widget, the reports, the dashboard link and the report e-mails then carry your name. The AI notice stays, and names no brand.
Do my clients get their own login?
They get a private, read-only dashboard link without an account. Your own team signs in to the workspace: up to 5 people on Agency.
How many clients can I run on Agency?
One client per agent, and Agency includes 5 agents. Each extra agent costs €19 a month. All agents share the workspace's 12,000 credits a month.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. Studio (€79 a month) has your own domain and the API. Client management, reports and the team come with Agency. See all prices.
