Appearance
Make the widget look like it belongs on your site. Every setting, what it changes, and how logos are cropped.
Everything a visitor sees is set under Settings on the agent. A live Preview beside the form shows each change as you make it. Nothing you type in the preview is sent to the agent, and nothing is live until you press Save.
Branding

Launcher
The launcher is the round button on your own site. The text beside it is the Launcher label, under Content, where it can have a version per language like the other texts there.

Uploading a logo or launcher image
Choose a PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF or SVG of up to 10 MB. A crop window opens:
- Drag to move the image, scroll or pinch to zoom, or use the slider and the plus and minus buttons. The arrow keys move it in small steps, with Shift in larger ones.
- Show all fits the whole image inside the frame. Fill the frame zooms until no edge is empty.
- You may zoom out further than the frame. The empty area stays transparent, which is what you want for a wide logo in a square space.
- A small preview shows the result at its true size in the chat, because a logo that looks fine at 280 pixels can be unreadable at 21.
The image is saved as soon as you confirm the crop. It does not wait for the form's Save button. It is stored as a square of 512 pixels, at most 512 KB.
Through the API, or an assistant you connected, an image is set from an address instead. Nothing crops it there, so it has to be at most 512 KB already, best square, and an SVG is not taken.
Tip. For the header logo, use your mark, not your full wordmark. The space is small and square. Your name is already next to it in text.
The "Powered by ChatterLab" badge
The badge under the conversation is shown on every plan. The badge removal add-on (€49 a month) takes it off every agent in the workspace, present and future, and unlocks the Footer text for a line of your own. You buy it under Deploy, in the block Branding. It is billed with your plan, so it needs a paid plan.
One line can never be removed or restyled: the notice that the visitor is talking to an AI. Why.
