Workspace settings
The workspace's name, which client reports and the e-mails about leads are sent in, and its language. What each one changes, and who can change them.
Under Settings, the card Workspace holds the workspace's name and its language. Only the workspace's owner can change them.
Workspace name
The name every client report and every e-mail about a new lead is sent in, and the one beside the logo in the dashboard. Without an address of your own domain, those e-mails come from ours with this name in front, as in "Your Agency via ChatterLab". With one, they come from your own address, under this name.
A new workspace is named after the person who signed up, as in "Jan Peeters's workspace". Give it your company's name before the first report goes to a client. A name has up to 60 characters, on one line. Renaming the workspace does not change the name Stripe keeps for your invoices.
Default language
The language a new agent starts in when you choose none, and the language of the e-mails we send you: a new lead, an address to confirm, a report waiting for your note. An agent keeps its own Language, under its own Settings, and a client's report is in the language you set for that client. The dashboard itself is shown in the language you choose with its own language switcher, whatever this says.
